DFM Review — Design for Manufacturability

Before a single board is assembled, our engineering team reviews your PCB design for manufacturability. Our DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review in India checks component clearances, pad geometry, stencil aperture ratios, via-in-pad structures, component orientation, and over 30 other parameters that affect assembly quality and yield.
A DFM review is free for all Bharat Tech EMS customers and is a mandatory first step for new products. It typically catches issues that — if missed — would cost 5 to 10 times more to fix after production begins.

Conformal Coating

For PCBs that will operate in harsh environments — automotive underbonnet, industrial outdoor panels, telecom outdoor cabinets, marine electronics — conformal coating is essential protection. Bharat Tech EMS applies acrylic, silicone, and urethane conformal coating using selective spray and full-board dip processes, cured under controlled conditions and inspected for coverage and thickness.

Component Programming & Configuration

Microcontrollers, FPGAs, Flash memory, and EEPROMs that require pre-loaded firmware or configuration can be programmed in-circuit at Bharat Tech EMS. We operate programming stations for all major MCU families. Boards leave our facility tested, programmed, and ready to deploy — no additional step required at your end.

Component Sourcing & Supply Chain Management

Component sourcing is where many PCB assembly companies in India fall short.
